Lee the staff had time to listen to our needs advised us very helpful very informative and helped to get bed and base and headboard delivered all the same day as we are moving and needed these items would highly recommend store and to ask for lee so happy with service

The sales rep Benjamin at loudwater was brilliant was there to offer knowledgeable advice and guidance and also step away so we could discuss. Out 1st bed purchase and he helped make the process really enjoyable.

The lady ( SYAN )at this store was very knowledgeable and very friendly and nice. She was with us for long time making sure to show us all the beds and matrices that they have until we find 1 that we liked the most. I would definitely highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Syan for everything you did for us.
