I have bought my last two beds from Dreams High Wycombe. On both occasions I received excellent service from Shiraz. Although he is no longer with you, I cannot fault the exemplary level of service I received from James. Having been in sales myself for 40 years, prior to my retirement, I maintain 'it takes a salesman to know a salesman'. James combined excellent product knowledge with an innate enthusiasm and - thank goodness - avoided that effusive manner so common in younger salesmen which I, for one, can see right through. I consider James a credit to Dreams. James was also very fair in his opinions of the beds that most interested me, pointing out 'less appealing' aspects that I might not otherwise have noticed. I am most impressed with your 'Sleepmatch' technology, which certainly helped James focus on those beds that met my own orthopaedic requirements. With the combined input of James and Sleepmatch, I believe I have bought the right bed for me (a Tempur Cooltouch Firm Elite 25 K mattress + accoutrements) and I await its delivery next Saturday. Although now very much lighter in my pocket, on the balance side I am looking forward to some decent sleep in the years ahead.
