I was served by Benjamin. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was approached and asked if I would like help as soon as I walked in to the store. While I was trying different beds Ben didn't hover but was there on hand to discuss options and explain the differences between mattress's etc. I was dubious about make such a purchase over a weekend when I feel some stores have less qualified staff working. Ben was excellent. Thank you :-)
