Dreams - High Wycombe

My partner and I visited our local Dreams just after 7pm where we were greeted within a few seconds by Cam. He introduced himself, welcomed us to the store and asked what we were interested in. We had a chat for a few minutes then he showed us where the different types of mattess were located and the different types of base. He also explained the different finance options. He asked if we were happy to look around by ourselves for a few minutes while he returned to a previous customer. Around 5 minutes later he politely informed us that he would be placing a finance order for the other customer but would be back with us shortly. When he returned he talked us through the mattress we were interested in and wanted to double check it was the right one for us. We were happy with our decision and proceeded to apply for finance. Throughout the whole process Cam was friendly and professional. Cam had no problem staying past the store closing time to ensure we were happy with our purchase and he did what he could to help. Thank you!!

Cam was very helpful without being pushy. He understood our requirements and was relaxed and friendly throughout. In fact between Cam, ourselves, another customer and member of staff we gleefully assisted each other and laughed the whole time. The whole experience was the best we have encountered in buying a new mattress and pillows.

The store layout, with ample space to walk around was excellent. This creates a good 'first impression'. I knew the type of bed in which l was interested so did not take wasted time. Dreams advisor was helpful and seemed confident and comfortable explaining and describing the product. Offered a coffee at start which was good P R.

Knowledgeable, expert advice. Given several options to find the most appropriate bed and mattress. Friendly, respectful store salesman. He gave advice but we were encouraged to make decisions that would be right for our needs and personal comfort.

The lady on the phone Syon was her name I believe was really good(High Wycombe branch) was brilliant and very helpful. infect she sold me a cover for the mattress and extended warranty cover as well. She was very good.

It's a shame i can't remember the name of the staff member who i placed my order with. I had to call in as the website wasn't allowing me to process the payment online. The staff member who i spoke to was very friendly, helpful and had very good knowledge! We can't wait to recieve our new bed and start having fabulous nights sleep! :-)
