I went into the store twice. Assistants Cam and Stan were really helpful and pleasant.

The assistant who helped us couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and polite. Cheerful and not pushy...

Really first class service from Cam who gave a genuinely warm welcome, offered us tea/coffee and spent a generous amount of time talking us through the preferred options (we were after a high quality mattress). He was not pushy in the least and was incredibly knowledgeable about the product range. We had earlier been to John Lewis and, whilst the staff were (as always) very polite and helpful, we came away not really knowing which mattress to go for. Cam made our decision making much easier and, importantly, he gave us his undivided attention. Top quality service

I was satisfied with the help i got to choose the best bed for me and happy with the 0% finance meaning i could splash out on a luxurious bed and spread the cost

The shop assistant was very friendly and helpful. She has a fantastic attitude and got the sale without being too pushy. She understood what we wanted, showed us the ideal product and then left us for a few minutes to try out others. She then came back and we purchased the item.

Cam the chap who assisted us was spot on - helpful without being pushy, good product knowledge - very helpful.

Our assistant was called Margaret and she was lovely. Very professional, knowledgeable. She showed us round the store, what to look for and then let us look on our own. Just the right amount of attentiveness without being overbearing

We were acknowledge as soon as we entered the store. We were then asked if we needed help which we told Ben what we were looking for he then pointed us in the right direction and left us to try the beds but close enough for us to ask questions. We didn't feel pressurised in any way just helped with the experience of shopping for a base and bed and a mattress for the spare bedroom.

Very satisfied with Henry's help in choosing a bed for me and my partner and feel we chose the right one for us. Looking forward to it arriving. But I was extremely satisfied with how Henry delt with us had us try 7 or 8 different style of mattress's lugging around a pillow. It was brilliant then With The questions he asked to help us with our choice was brilliant. Never had that good of experience and service before. He made it fun, personal and we felt good In our end choice. Henry was very smily , positive and enthusiastic which was brilliant and me and my partner left feeling very Happy and excited in our purchase and can't wait for the mattress to arrive.
