Dreams - High Wycombe

My partner and I are building our first home, we went to John Lewis with intent to buy everything as we don't own any furniture or Tv's etc. We was discriminated because of our age and nobody spoke to us for 2 hours. Your store was a different story and Syan, the lady who served us was incredible and greeted us instantly. Hence our purchase or we probably would of got annoyed again and walked out! 11/10 for her and thanks once again!!

On both occasions, I have been offered superb customer service and knowledge from Shiraz, and I particularly like his assistance, as it is without pressure to purchase immediately. I am a customer who like to think carefully, before making a large purchase.

We were greeted by friendly staff member Ben. He was knowledgeable and helped us with all our enquiries.

Salesman was efficient, helpful and positive without any flannel. Bed was what we were hoping for.
