Excellent customer care from Ben at the Loudwater High Wycombe Bucks store. He was knowledgeable without being "pushy" and very efficient. My husband and I were impressed.

Margaret was lovely. Very helpful. Excellent sales technique. Good but not pushy.

The sale assistant could not have been more accommodating. Was patient and understanding of trying to get a mattress for a difficult 9yr.

We were greeted with a friendly smile but left alone for long enough to view the products. Staff were on hand when we had any questions.

Friendly service, good choice and one we selected happened to be on sale

The gentlemn who served us was alwayd on hand to help but did not crowd us. Also speed of delivery was excellent

We were shown a good range of products and the features and benefits of each was explained to us clearly. We were not pressured into any particular range and could choose the one we wanted.

We were immediately welcomed into the store. Henry, who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I liked the fact that he was not at all pushy in his sales technique and understood that I had already resourced exactly the products (especially the bed), I wanted to look at. We walked away with a brand new matress and two pillows which we hadn't expected to buy, but are very happy with and obviously a new bed.
