Well stocked store - good choice. Extremely helpful staff with good product knowledge Able to test out the full range of Tempur mattresses. Cameron on initial visit and Lee on final visit were first class and in my opinion having run some large businesses the individuals were excellent and a great advert for Dreams

Shiraz was an outstanding salesperson. his product knowledge was exemplary and he was attentive but also patient whilst we made our selection. I believe we purchased more products because of his excellent attitude.

Ben was fantastic! Haven't had a new mattrace in 15 years. He showed me the colour coding and explained enough for me to go out and try some of the beds. Whenever I had questions he popped over to help me out. Never felt he lingered or pushed me to buy anything as he was simply providing the information for me to make an informed decision. My only comment would be that he was trying to help me and other colleagues kept interrupting to tell him he had another customer to deal with. He worked his hardest to make sure the focus was on me, but the distraction of other colleagues putting pressure in him to speed up was slightly off putting. In the end he customised my finance option to suit me and made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend to all to go to see Ben if they need help working out what they want best.

I was served by Syan, the whole team where busy and having a great time with the customers, I was greeted when I entered the store, I was left to browse, Syan came over and looked after me, she asked me all the wright questions, she offered me a cup of tea we sat down and did the order.

I was approached shortly after arriving at store by a friendly young man, who listened to what i wanted and then showed me a few possibilities. Using the feedback he narrowed down my choices and together we chose what I think will be a perfect bed for my guests

Easy parking at the store, helpful knowledgeable staff

The hardest thing in buying a bed is whats right for you, especially if its a double. After a long discussion with the assistant we were then shown a mattress which we hope will turn out to be the right choice. But, knowing that there is a "trial" period, this certainly gives you peace of mind knowing that changes can be made. We also purchased a single bed base together with pillows and covers. We are now waiting for our delivery, which was quoted as just 2 weeks.
