My friend and I were welcomed as we entered the store and directed appropriately to section of the store to suite our requirement. We were assisted with all information required and were made to feel very much at ease with the assistant,s jovial and friendly manner. Overall, a good and satisfactory experience in the store.

Level of assistance was very good. He explained the store layout suggested which mattresses might be of interest and then allowed us to get on without hovering over us which would have made us uncomfortable. Did not try to sell us something we didn't want. Polite.

Quickly identified the product required and order process quick and easy. delivery within 3 days excellent!

Cameron understood my needs straight away, let me try the bed selected and gave me an excellent cup of coffee while completing the paperwork!

Very pleasant service, informative but not to pushy. I was visiting with my grandma to get her a new adjustable bed. She was offered tea and was really encouraged to try and feel comfortable on the beds.

The salesperson was very helpful and informative. She didn't go for the hard sell which would have put me off purchasing this mattress.

I came to the Gloucester branch and the assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to think about it and planned to purchase over the phone - I wanted to consider 2 options. I phoned the branch and got the answer phone x2. My call had not been returned ... I did then phone the number on the website and this was very positive, the call handler again knowledgeable

Its not the first time weve purchased bed items from Dreams, We have visited different branches and found all the staff have good knowledge of the products, promotions, and have been professional and friendly. Although we did have a problem with our previous order of a The original iron bed frame arriving in a colour we specifically mentioned several times that we didnt want your salesman still placed the order incorrectly resulting that the frame we got was the one we didnt request!! which was so annoying as we had to wait 6-8wks to arrive! Dreams did offer to replace it Bbut we ended up keeping it as our daughter didnt want to wait another 6wks for the replacement and didnt mind the colour as much as we did. We wanted just ivory this came with lots of gold highlights on ivory.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who took the time to help us work out the mattress we wanted without pushing us in any way to either make a purchase or make a specific purchase. Just what I value.

The sales assistant (Cameron) was helpful throughout our time in the store. He was knowledgeable about the products and guided us to our eventual purchase. He listened to our requirements and gave us plenty of time and scope to try the mattresses. He gave us his undivided attention and was not distracted by other customers in the store at the time. A nice touch was the freely offered cup of coffee. Fully explained all finance options. A helpful, non pressured sales environment. Would recommend to friends and use again.
