A nice friendly welcome on entering the store. The sales person was very knowledgeable. Gave us time to look around and test the beds and on hand throughout to answer our questions. Just a nice experiance.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The assistant was friendly and helpful - they made us a cup of tea - and really showed us the variety of products. Clearly they were trying to push the top end items, but it wasn't too much 'in your face' - we went for our best option in the end and they didn't try and change our mind.

Shiraz was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He advised the best mattress for my neck and back issues and recommended a different bed to the one I originally set out to buy. Shiraz’s recommendation was far more comfortable that the original item I had in mind. His customer service was excellent.

We asked for a specific manufacturer and were shown straight away along with a similar product. We were not hassled in any way and the assistant was always available when we needed information but left us alone when not needed.

We were greeted by a very friendly young man named Cam, he was knowledgeable, keen to enquirer what our needs were, he took great care to ensure we chose the right mattresses for those needs and he was fantastic with our 9yr old, who now thinks buying beds is a huge amount of fun... no easy feat!
