Shiraz was a very helpful & knowledgable salesman. He was aware that a Saturday delivery was imperative & despite being told that Saturday deliveries were not being booked for January, he eventually managed to arrange delivery for Sat 6th Jan. Also delivery men were very polite & efficient.

Henry who swerved us was clearly very proficient in his job and knowledge of products. He took time and care to ensure we identified the right bed for us with speed. He seemed generally interested in our needs and pointed out the savings on offer. A very pleasant experience and visit to your store. Even the perfectly made Latte with biscuits! :-)

The Assistant Shiraz showed us many different options for a mattress and there were many good offers on so we found exactly what we wanted at the right price and it took 5 minutes to place the order, which was great - there was no hassle.

There were alot of options mattress wise which were clearly labelled so I could specify what type of mattresses suit me.

Colleague Henry listened very carefully to our needs, and then selected half a dozen beds for us to try with a pillow each. We were very impressed by the way in which he did not push the most expensive beds, but discussed our comfort on the different types, and then explained why we preferred the one we decided to buy. This is the second bed we have bought from Dreams, and we shall certainly return when we need another one.

I just wanted a basic mattress to buy for a person on benefits who i was helping out .I have always had good service in the past buying beds and mattresses for my family over the years so thats why i visited store again .Very impressed as always with customer service
