All the staff at Dreams are extremely friendly and helpful. Cameron was delightful and very patient answering questions as we looked round. Can't fault him or any other staff member on their customer service skills. 10/10.

Assistant ,Shiraz, was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were given time to try out a number of mattresses for our comfort. During the order process we were given a coffee. Delivery of order within 3 days. Excellent service.

We where met at the door by an assistant who listened to our request and very spent time with us whilst we completed our purchase

Mainly due to the very wide range of products available and the attention of the sales assistant. Last time we came to you the same man helped us. Regarding the product we can not judge until it has been in use for a while. The low mark regarding recommending you is because we may not be asked.

Went in, was greeted and after I explained what I was after was shown to products. After deciding what to buy, the sale was completed within 20 mins, and delivered 3 days later. Perfect

The staff member who helped us had great knowledge of everything, he was very polite and handled everything very well. He helped us look for some thing we really wanted within our budget.
