Easy to get what we wanted customer service was good

From the moment we entered the shop we felt we were given great attention

The man who served me was very knowledgeable and great service

The sales exec Michele was excellent and very amenable taking his time understanding our requirements and what we needed. We warmed to his thoughtful knowledgable approach.

We had an idea of the mattress that we wanted and Kevin showed it to us but also offered an alternative that was better. The whole process was very quick and efficient.

Kevin and Chris were very knowledgeable about the products, they asked good questions to understand what we were looking forward and gave us excellent advice regarding our options and a great recommendation for what product would meet our needs. Plus they were very friendly and good humoured.

Helpful staff, took the time to deal with me right at closing time on a Sunday. Got a product that met my requirements within budget.

After being helped into store by James, my mother being in a wheelchair, a warm welcome and beverage was most appreciated. James was very kind and patient with my mum and showed us to the type of bed we wanted to see, his knowledge was very good, after trying the electric bed James then helped mum onto your bed that measures which mattress she might need. He then showed us several mattress that would suit her, mum was very happy to find one that she fell in love with. Our whole experience was made easy by James and mum cant wait for her new bed to arrive
