From the moment we stepped into the store assistance was available, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman (Shiraz) whom completely had the balance right. He allowed us time to consider his advise by stepping back and without being over pressuring he guided us through various options. He did this in a truly professional manner but was to sure to include human aspects, humour and genuinity. We were particularly impressed at the time scales for delivery.

Staff were very friendly and helpful without pressing for a sale. They explained all the different mattresses available and listened to our concerns re our budget. They left us to make up our own minds on selection. We were offered coffee while the order was being placed. They explained all the small print and as we are an older couple they did not hurry us through the process at all and asked several times if we understood everything. The Staff made us feel special!
