Charli, the assistant in the store provided an excellent customer experience. She took time to explain the products and gave us time to think about what would suit us best. It was a shame that more bed frames/headboard weren't available to view but it was great to be able to try all the mattresses.

All staff were friendly and willing to make themselves available to answer my questions then take the order.

The quality of the service given by the assistant Ben made the whole experience enjoyable despite the cost involved in the purchase!

The sales person was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. He was very polite and in no way did we feel pressured into buying but felt he had helped us decide by the information he gave us.

As soon as we walked into the store there was a member of staff at hand to ask if we needed anything.

We were greeted with a warm welcome by a very friendly smiley Henry. He listened, was patient and directed us to a selection of beds to try to meet our requirements. Not at all pushy but advice was great and appreciated. What could have been a stressful purchase (both having different expectations from the mattress ) turned out to be a most pleasurable experience due to Henry's great humour. We even bought the pillows which we tried out with the mattress. We were offered refreshments at the start and again when we sat down with Lee to complete the order.

The assistant understood exactly what would be best for us given our budget so we didn’t waste time looking at the wrong kind of items. They were all very friendly and gave us coffee! The assistant only offered us other items that did actually make sense eg cloud pillows. Order placed very efficiently.

The moment we came into the Shop we had great assistance. Very pleased about it, the kindness ---and the wonderful coffee they offer. Like in a good 4* Hotel.

Having visited a few bedroom shops that day Dreams came up top on the courtesy and knowledge of their staff. The colour coding system was a good idea and made it easier to select the type of mattress I was after and at competitive prices

Helpful staff - cup of tea offered which was greatly needed as had been a long morning shopping :) Good choice of mattresses and beds
