We were offered help soon after entering the store. Sheraz took time to find out our needs, explained the products and gave us plenty of time to try out a number of beds. We never felt pressurised. He was quietly efficient.

Staff approachable, helpful and knowledgeable about products and services available. Explained about beds being held in stock whereas mattresses made to order. Were told there was a problem with PC and so would have to wait for a while before being able to place order, but were offered tea/ coffee whilst we waited bot initially and later when we were seated at waiting table.

The advisor was very informative, helpful and patient as I needed a second visit with my partner to confirm the order. The advisor was a a real benefit to the busines.

We were looking for a specific bed and as we entered the store we asked if you sold it and where we were likely to find it, the member of staff directed us to it. The store was well laid our, the boards by the item(s) were clear and unambiguous explaining sizes, prices and options. Once we had decided on the bed we only had to wait moments for a member of staff to confirm they understood our requirement and took us to the order point. All the time explaining costs, delivery options and company terms and conditions. Transaction completed very speedily with no time wasted.

There was no heavy hard sell,whilst there was a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, The salesman that I dealt with guided me through what was available for my requirements,with no pressure,but patience.

This was about as close to a perfect buying experience as I’m ever likely to have. I’m generally indecisive and somewhat of a uncertain shopper, so when I walked into the Knaves Beech branch in search of a new bed, I didn’t really expect to conclude a very pleasing transaction within 20 minutes, but that’s what happened. Armed with three or four potential mattress selections from the website, I had wandered around for less than a minute before Charlie appeared to calmly, reassuringly and knowledgeably lead me through the options open to me, as well as identifying a helpful discount on the bed frame I’d selected. She was able to sense what sort of mattress and budget was best suited to my needs and showed me two superb alternatives to the ones I’d thought were appropriate - it was then simply a matter of picking one of those. The next stage - confirming the total costs, processing the payment and arranging the delivery at a convenient date - was also smooth, efficient and straightforward. Often after a significant purchase, I have “buyer’s remorse”. Not this time. Outstanding customer service, great value and a very satisfying experience.

Charli, the assistant in the store provided an excellent customer experience. She took time to explain the products and gave us time to think about what would suit us best. It was a shame that more bed frames/headboard weren't available to view but it was great to be able to try all the mattresses.
