Shiraz was of great help, he found the correct mattress in a fraction of the time I would have take alone. Outstanding care, what a lovely man he is.

Because Ben who took my order went those extra miles to help me, I had just come out of hospital having hip surgery, the dreams mattress I had was to high so I could not get into bed, he moved mountains to get me a mattress, ordered it Tuesday mid morning and it arrived 12.30 Wednesday that's what I call service. Ben is a valuable member of staff to you. What a man. Thank you thank you.

The member of staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. His name was james.

We were greeted by two people and while one took us to see the product we were interested in purchasing the other offered to make coffee. We were able to view and test the sofa bed we wanted.

My salesperson, Syan, was very knowledgeable on all the products she showed me and let me try out a variety of products to show the differences. At no time was she pushing for a sale and was quite happy for me to take home a quotation to show my husband. When I returned to place my order she was most welcoming and ensured that I again tested the mattress that I had chosen, for at least 10 minutes, to ensure that I was still happy with my choice. At no time did she put any pressure on me to make a purchase. Best salesperson I have encountered in recent times.

Staff very both friendly and knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Coffee was also very good quality!
