We found our sales advisor to be very friendly, his product knowledge was good and at no time did we feel pushed into a sale. Our sales advisor was called Shiraz and overall we were very pleased with our experience

Shan was very attentive. Understood my requirements and her knowledge was very good. Did not mind how many mattresses I tried and nothing was too much trouble. She made the whole transaction enjoyable and we had a laugh which to me makes all the difference because you feel as though you were not being pushed into making a more expensive purchase. I had gone into the store with a mattress in mind but on listening to her advice and trying out the difference mattresses I feel confident the more expensive was the correct way to go.

Great knowledge and friendly assistance

We had a great reception from a young sales man who was attentive and understood buying the products was important to us. He was good with the kids and offered us pillows and drinks! He allowed us time to discuss the products in private so did not feel we where being pressurised. Great experience!

The adviser was really helpful unlike previous one. This advisor gave me options on the phone n haloed me to see on line as well.Also told me how I can spread the cost to buy this item.

I know the store as an existing customer. Free parking at the store. I was looking to upgrade my existing matress. I was greeted by a Sevivice assistant who was friendly and took time to inquire what I was looking for. He showed me a number of products and got me to try every one of them. He did not pressurise me in any way and made me choose purely on comfort level. In the end I found what I was looking for but main reason for purchasing it was the friendly nature of James, the Service Assistant
