Unobtrusive presence of the staff, always available, never "pushy" Very helpful when needed and with very good product knowledge. Contractual situation explained very well. Very good coffee. Good range of products that are well displayed in a clean bright environment.

Your selling assistant we very polite, patient and helpful. However the store is far too hot.

James from the High Wycombe branch was extremely attentive to my needs and knowledgeable. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable and he wasn't aggressive in trying to sell me anything. As a result, I ended up purchasing a lot more than I intended but was highly satisfied. He explained the different mattresses and gave me the freedom to test them out how I saw fit.

I was very reluctant to enter the store as I thought they wouldn't have what I wanted and the staff would be too pushy. I was pleasantly surprised. A great range of mattresses and the sales rep was superb. He knew his stuff and he spent a lot of time helping us find the right mattress and pillows.

Very very helpful member of staff Henry he seemed to know everything.. We went in there and didn't intend to buy that day but he was so nice happy and friendly.. We decided to buy.. We both work in customer services and know how painful at times it is to buy stuff. We know of someone whom could have given us a discount but we wanted Henry to reap the rewards👍
