Dreams - High Wycombe

Mostly down to how helpful and ncie the floor staff were, they weren't standing over us and gave us time and space to decide ourselves but were on had to help at any point. We were even offered tea which was nice. The layout of the shop floor was well done and easy to follow, the only negative I have was that nearly all the beds were doubles so it was difficult to compare sizes. We bought a king so I still don't really know how big it is until it arrives!

Shortly after entering the store we greated by the smiling face of Henry. Unlike some stores were one feels targetted and snared, Henry's approach was warm and friendly. With no feeling of pressure he enquired as to what we might be seeking and shortly directed us to a mattress that might suit our needs - the Elite. Getting some pillows to suit my wife and I he gave us time to try the bed, wandering off so we didn't feel we were being pushed at all. My wife and I both felt the Elite was the most confortable mattress we had ever tried and given we had been sleeping on an excellent 1400 pocket + foam Dreams bed in recent years this was amazing. With his assistance we went on to try other beds in the range, quickly coming to the realisation that the Elite was most suited to our needs. A cup of coffee and a tea was offered and enjoyed making this one of the most pleasurable experiences as we chatted to Henry as though we were meeting up with an old friend. Henry's knowledge and approach is first class and his relaxed approach in helping us reach a decision was great. He outlined other products we might consider but again no pressure; just helping to ensure we had everything we needed.

The assistant who served me was polite and friendly and had an excellent knowledge of the product.

James in the high Wycombe store couldn't be more accommodating he was so friendly and helpful as well as being so easy to ask questions to. We explained In the morning how we would think about it and wait till later and he was so understanding and when we returned that evening he greeted us with open arms!

Charli looked after us very professionally and sold the promise of dreams. We were very pleased we decided to visit the store and look forward to taking delivery of our two mattresses. Our visit to dreams was very worth while to understand the full range of mattress products. Thank you we are truly grateful
