We bought a mattress and divan bed from Dreams in High Wycombe. While the products are of a high quality with different ranges to suit various needs and budgets, this was not the sole reason we bought from your store - the professional, good humoured, knowledgable, and friendly service we received from Henry, was. He was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to ensure our customer service experience was outstanding. Thank you, Henry!

Service was spot on and we found what we wanted quickly

Wooburn Store Syan was extremely friendly and helpful, she had good product knowledge, offered us a coffee and was insistent that we got the right product for me. She should be commended and I would recommend her service to anyone.

Prompt response from staff who were immediately available but allowed us to browse first, at our request, then promptly serve us despite the store been busy. Paperwork/admin handled efficiently. Polite staff. Very happy with the service and happy that you provide a service for removing old beds, at a cost. We were fully aware that Dreams are charged to have this and so this service is not a money spinner but a genuine service. Our previous experience of Dreams was good many years ago.

The staff are always very friendly and always offer hot drinks and biscuits. Store is well laid out.

Charlie the assistant was extremely friendly and able to provide excellent advise and guidance to us.

I liked the fact we were greeted when we entered and after I explained what we were looking for the assistance gave us time without coming back to us until I asked. He balanced attention and independence very well. Good manner with children too
