Friendly sales assistant and lovely service.

The service was good not pushy just there to help and advise. The paper work was a bit lengthy but all information was put across well. Having phone calls and emails about when bed will arise and it arrived not fuss at the time you said.

The friendliness and expertise of Claire who helped us. She was excellent. The whole buying experience was painless and pleasant.

We found the visit to the Dreams store quite a pleasure.We were shown all the avavilable mattresses and Henry explained what was in all of them.We were able to try the beds out and wonder round not being haselled at all.We even had a cup of tea and biscuits which was really appreciated as we had driven quite a way from Surrey and got stuck ina traffic jam on the M25. We bought two beds and look forward to getting a good nights rest when they arrive.

Charli our Sales Assistant was really great. She has a great product knowledge, was very patient with us and answered all our question. She understood our requirements and was able to advises us with regard to meeting those requirements. She is a very friendly and likable person and left us with a good feeling about Dreams. Also all the paperwork and delivery planning was completed efficiently and explained clearly and didn't take that long. Also thanks for the Coffee, very nice..
