The sales assistant greeted us when we arrived and asked what our needs were. He then explained the beds that were in our range and then left us to try them out. I liked the low key none hassle sales approach! When we decided on the bed we wanted the transaction was very fast.

We were approached by Shiraz one of your friendly staff not long after entering the store and taken to the bed we were looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us make our decission easier. Provide us with drink and my children also. Was very clear upon payment plans and i was satisfied with the over all visit.

Was greated in, always a win when welcomed with a tea too. All staff were very friendly, helpful and answered all questions asked confidently. Very easy and understanding of needs and was shown different beds/mattresses for different needs and requirements.

Lee very helpful in advising on our specific needs. Not pushy or hasty. Large range of mattresses available to try which is an essential part of buying a mattress. Charlie was very thorough in handling the order and explaining all Terms and Conditions. Delivery period not too long. Advice on pillows very welcome and now put to the test with good results. Plenty of parking and the coffee was good too.

The woman who served me - Syan, was very kind and friendly. She welcomed me to the store and helped me find the best quality bed for my budget. She definitely made a good impression of Dreams as it was my first visit! Very lovely woman, will visit Dreams again 100%

From the moment we walked in to the store and met by Charli who was very informative and offered my daughter, son-in-law and myself a very welcoming coffee and biscuits on a very miserable morning, weather wise. We placed an order for a mattress and everything was explained to us in detail and arrangements were made to deliver the new mattress and take the old one away. Thank you Charli.

The young man who served us was very knowledgeable ,polite, helpful and gave us lots of options.He didn't try and rush us to make a quick choice, he was very patient and made us a coffee while we were trying to decide
