Survive with a smile. Everyone was so friendly and most of all...... cup of tea and biscuits! You don’t get that in every shop you walk it. Perfect timing :-)

Greeted by Shiraz with a warm welcome and knew exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable.

We were assisted by Henry who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped us make a choice. Expect we could have made a choice unassisted but Henry speeded up the process without being pushy. Thanks Henry.

Knowledge of assistant (Sharir?)

Being of mature years, we have never shopped at this store. Always used local family run store, unfortunately this type of shopping no longer exists. Having now become a regular customer of John Lewis, they were my first port of call, unfortunately they could not supply my requirements. Hence my visit to Dreams. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and especially the appreciation of our requirements. We left happy customers and await delivery of new mattress. I shall certainly recommend Dreams.

Sevice from Ben was outstanding as was his product knowledge. He was not ay all pushy. Overall a very pleasant experience.

When we arrived staff were busy unpacking new stock but Ben immediately apologised and served us.

Great service, we explained what we needed and was shown a variety of beds and mattresses of which we found a Sealy which we had previously for 14 years, was happy to pay a higher price for a quality bed and mattress, we even had help to choose a good headboard and side tables to go with the bed, all in all very satisfied and you are only around the corner which adds to our satisfaction as not driving around other towns to find that perfect bed, thanks Shiraz.
