we were greeted and made to feel very welcome and did not feel that they were being pushy we were given plenty of time to browse assistant was very helpful

The quality of the products we purchased were great and there were plenty of optiond=s. The greatest part of our experience was Charli. She was so helpful, could not have known more, worked to our budget and was never pushy which is always a worry when paying a large amount for something. She was incredible in every way and is a great asset to your company.

Ben was very helpful at your Loudwater store & quickly showed us where the most suitable mattresses were & how the colour coding worked. The product chosen being the Kendal mattress was half price & felt a very good quality product. Was very pleased was in stock & was able to place an order for delivery in 5 days.

The manager called Cam was extremely helpful. He showed us the type of mattresses that he thought were suitable to what we needed, he got us comfy pillows to use on the beds and was very thorough explaining everything without being pushy
