Good service

I was greeted by Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and attentive. He offered me a drink before taking me to the Sleepmatch machine which was an experience. I was provided with a pillow to carry around with me while I tested various mattresses, decision was not easy. Overall very pleased with Kevin and the experience.

The gentleman who looked after and us and served us was extremely professional and helpful. I was also really surprised at the availability of the mattress we bought and the quick delivery time. The delivery drivers were very courteous and helpful

It was fairly close to closing time for the store but the person that assisted me in finding and ordering my item took the time to make sure I was well taken care of and looks after. If there isn’t a nother section to mention his name, I’ll say it here. His name was Mick.

We were served by Kevin, he was so helpful, we probably wouldn’t of purchased the mattress without him, he gave us a lot of options to try and we even ended up purchasing a pillow as-well.

Assistant was on hand to answer any queries but wasn’t overbearing in her presence.

We we're assisted by Kevin, who was very helpful, listened to our needs for what we wanted in a new matrice, and made great recomendations, he went through the procedure of trying the sleep match machine and showed us a range of matrices that fitted our needs and kept in consideration our budget. Overall had an amazing attitude and was very helpful, the process of getting a new matrice was made very quick and simple, very happy with what and how we purchced a new matrice.

Polite, well presented & friendly staff. Our assistant had a good product knowledge & was not too pushy or hard sell. Good advise & time to look at all options
