Very happy with the service today. Cameron was very kind, helpful and patient. - knew exactly what I wanted and gave me plenty of time to decide on all details of the bed I chose. You are lucky to have him in your employment.

Nothing was too much for Ben who answered all our questions & dealt with our purchase promptly, even taking the time to speak with the warehouse manager concerning delivery & timing thereof

I had a lovely experience when I visited the High Wycombe (001) branch of Dreams. Met by Cameron who immediately offered me a hot drink. I can’t praise him enough to be honest. He was friendly without being fake and left me wanting to purchase anything there. He has a naturally charming personality and was very very professional! We spoke over the phone afterwards and his customer service skills continued to be faultless. In my opinion Dreams are extremely lucky to have Cameron, he is a major asset in this huge world of sales/purchases.

Absolutely brilliant service. Can not fault the salesperson. I’d like to think I’d get that level of service wherever I shop but Dreams has been excellent on every level so far. Looking forward to my new bedroom furniture and bed, hope all goes according to schedule for delivery.

James who helped me with choosing my mattress was very knowledgeable and supportive in finding the right mattress for my needs. He was very friendly without being too pushy and listened to my budget range! He was very enthusiastic and it was a pleasure to find someone who liked their job, to be fair I wasn't actually going to buy one, but just wanted to see what mattress suited me. It was only down to his helpfulness and that of the other staff that I purchased one.
