Dreams - High Wycombe

My husband John, 87 years, is in congestive heart failure and has vascular dementia. For the past few days he has been experiencing back pain and so we need a new mattress. I called the store and spoke to James who offered assistance and coffee and asked me to visit. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, eager to please and conscientious. I went from wanting a mattress to looking at an adjustable king bed with TV. Lee helped with the demonstration while James went to check stock. Ben phoned around to find available single mattresses for the bed and found two available at Oxford. The joint effort paid off and I placed an order for a king adjustable bed with TV. The only disappointment was that the delivery would be on 2nd July, my husband will suffer until then and it is difficult to watch him in pain. Apart from that I found Lee to be supportive and understanding of my requirements and Ben's unfailing efforts to find the suitable mattresses was most appreciated. All in all an impressive team who made me feel valued as a customer and who did not spare any efforts to make sure I went away very very satisfied.

All the staff openly asked if I needed any assistance, which I was glad to receive. I was assisted by James in store who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time showing me round the different mattresses and explaining the difference. He also did a good job of balancing my needs with other customers. I left the store without buying initially as I wanted to shop around to get a full view of what was out there, but felt compelled to return to ask James to place my order for the bed frame as he was so helpful.
