Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and we were able to see a video demo during the visit. We were also shown lower price beds and was never made to feel we were shown the most expensive and there were no other options.

The assistant approached my son and I when we arrived and offered a drink which was gladly received. He then explained what the colours were and answered a couple of questions, he then left us to wander which didn't make us feel pressured. We then came back and we placed the order. It was easy and pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.

The Assistance were very helpful and offered me refreshments whilst waiting and very polite. He new what to do and was very confident whilst serving me.

The Staff Member who opened the door, we are both disabled, had a lovely welcoming smile and was most helpful in showing us the various mattress we wanted to see and try out. We purchased a mattress from this store three years ago.
