The salesman was helpful in his suggestions about the type of mattress to choose and identifying suitable options including those included in the sale. No sales pressure but clear information given. Processing of order done efficiently and in a friendly manner.

James at Dreams in Loudwater was extremely helpful and spent almost two hours with us and was patient, allowing us time to try every bed. He knew exactly what we were looking for which meant we were not wasting time with beds completely unsuited to us. He answered all of our questions and we definitely came out highly satisfied because of the customer service. Cannot thank James enough for being so attentive and friendly.

The sales assistant, Charli, was very knowledgable and very helpful. She spent a lot of time helping us and explaining the products. We felt we had good value for money for the beds and mattresses that we bought.

Claire was enthusiastic, friendly, and highly professional. She had thorough product knowledge, but was not at all pushy or over bearing in her sales approach. A lovely lady and made the experience a pleasure, rather than a chore. Thanks Claire! All the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and professional.
