Made welcom as we entered store,asked if we needed help or happy to browse.Shiriz listened to our requirements and ailments and suggested a mattress which would suit both of us. This we subsequently purchased along with a pillow.

The staff were very knowledgeable about all products. James went out of his way to be helpful without pressurising us. We were disappointed with the delivery procedure. We had to chase twice on the phone as despite being told we would be emailed with a delivery slot, we had no communication at all until 5 minutes before delivery when the driver telephoned us. The men who delivered the mattress were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were really friendly and they understood what our needs were and were not pushy .we were offered tea or coffee and it felt really relaxed and a pleasant experience.
