James was thoroughly helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. The new sleep position analysing machine was very informative and it helped him and us to find our perfect mattress. He also tried us with another couple of options having listened to what we currently had and this made for a personalised experience. Dreams High Wycombe is a well laid out and easy to navigate. It was clean and all team members appeared to get on well.

Covered all areas and answered all questions posed. Very knowledgable and was aware of forces discount which offset the purchase of extended cover. All in all a great experience

The staff member who helped me was incredibly efficient, helpful and courteous.

The lady that initially greeted us was polite and friendly without being to pushy we were offered refreshments. I explained what I was looking for and was directed to the correct area. The only area that could have been improved was the fact that my husband is in the forces and it was only later that evening that a friend told me that Dreams gives a 10% discount I called to see if anything could be done but was advised it was to to late. I explained I was coming back on Thursday to purchase another bed and mattress. I had spent £1200 and looking to spend maybe the same amount and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I think we could have been offered something and that was the only thing s that was disappointing
