We were welcomed by an extremely polite and friendly man called James who listened to what our needs were and advised us in a knowledgable manner. We were allowed time to reflect and decide and we then went on to order our bed and matress during the same visit. The delivery availability was great and the service we received from James was excellent - he has exactly the right mix of customer service and sales without being pushy, was near enough to ask questions to but not intrusive. We felt very looked after.

The staff were on assistance and quickly understood my needs and pointed me the direction of a couple options. She showed me just enough options to allow me to make the decision but not too many that I felt I was being pushed in a certain direction

Immensely impressed by the assistance given to me in store to help my decision-making with regards to a new bed. The Dream colleague who assisted me - James at High Wycombe branch - was knowledgeable, insightful and honest and a pleasure to conduct my order with.

We had looked up the bedframe we ended up buying on the website.. so we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. We were able to see it and try it as one was on display... as well as check it against one or two others to make sure it was what we wanted. Charli and Shiraz were very helpful and informative during the whole purchase process and made it all very easy and uncomplicated, fully explaining everything.

The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and very compassionate without being condescending when dealing with my husband who is in a wheelchair after a severe stroke. I cannot praise Shiraz enough. He was brilliant.
