We were served by Syan who was not only most knowledgeable about the products she was dealing with but gave us a great deal of her time to ensure we chose the right products. we much appreciated this.

We fairly quickly found what we were looking for from a reasonable range. We then received excellent and friendly service from Cameron, the salesman.

The salesman Ben was very attentive. Listened well and gave us a full range of options. He answered all the questions in a friendly manner and made constructive comments. It was a good sale and customer experience.

The salesman was excellent he had great product knowledge and we extremely professional, have been to multiple bed stores where we were spoken to like we belonged in the hood a white couple at 32 we do not, we felt very comfortable with the salesman and enjoyed excellent service.

We had a really good experience with James he made us feel so welcome, he was full of explanations and made the best coffee and biscuits. wish we could have that kind of service at every store that we shop in, it makes shopping so much more of a pleasure. James is a really good sales person Well done 10/10

Extremely helpful but not overpowering staff. Charlie was happy to help me and give me as much time as I needed to choose. The paperwork was completed efficiently and Charlie went through every stage with me. I was offered refreshments and apart from having to part with my hard earned cash, it was a pleasant experience. All my questions were answered satisfactorily and the follow up has also been good

Charlie, the sales assistant was very knowledgable, helpful, and attentive. Without being intrusive or pushy, she gave us relevant and informative demonstrations of products that matched our needs in a friendly way.

As we are moving in September to Bourne in Lincs we were just going to look at beds. Explained to James who said we could order the beds we required and they could be delivered to our address in Bourne after we had moved in. We said we required a firm bed and he recommended several which we tried out. He did not rush us and was very knowledgeable. Same with the divan bases and headboards.
