Very knowledgeable, and approachable member of staff who looked after us in store. Listened to our requirements rather than trying to suggest products that were not suitable. No pressure selling during the visit. Clear and concise information on the ordering and delivery process.

We had great assistance. The repo spent time to denitrify our needs and find the best solution for us. We felt very well catered for.

The Dreams Colleague James greeted us at the door and quickly ascertained our requirements. He was very knowledgable about the products and offered detailed advice. At no time did he pressurise, allowing us space and time to make our choice. James was extremely helpful and courteous. His good humour and willingness to engage with his customers made the whole experience of visiting your store and making a purchase a very positive and pleasurable experience.

Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable but wasn't at all pushy so we had plenty of time e on our own to make our choices. Very happy with the experience.

When I entered the store, the Store Manager came to my assistance, I told him what I wanted, what my budget was and within 5 mins I had made my decision and bought 2 beds, asked for a discount, got a little off but it would be good if you get customers who make a quick buy, that you offer them something like a duvet, pillowcases because we are more prone to remember that and come back. But overall a great experience, beds delivered today by 2 lovely guys Jason and Neil, all sorted!
