The whole visit was very pleasant from the moment we walked in the door until we left. James your Dreams representative was welcoming and informative helping us pick through your range until we where satisfied. The coffee was also most welcome.

James greeted us at the door & was friendly, professional & extremely helpful. He answered all questions & allowed us as much time as we wanted to try out the mattresses. He offered us coffee & even brought us a bowl of custard creams! He was interested in our circumstances & applied his knowledge to match the mattress we chose to our requirements. When we placed our order at the desk, all the staff joined in with friendly chat. It was a productive visit, with added fun. My daughter commented on how fun the experience had also been for her. As she is the next generation of bed buyers, Dreams have really got it right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a bed or mattress.
