Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff

We were welcomed immediately upon arrival at the Loudwater store. We were able to wander around without being hassled but once we were ready for assistance help was immediately available. The assistant, Leah, was very patient and knowledgeable answering our questions while we were taking our time to choose the products we wanted. Most impressive was the bed we had to lie on to ascertain what would be best for us. The gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and courteous. Our time spent in the store was an enjoyable experience.

I was short of time so needed to be able to find and order a bed QUICKLY. I received the necessary advice and speedy service that enabled that to happen.

I went in confused to buy a bed/mattress and was given enough guidance to make a choice; the staff were very helpful and order was placed efficiently.
