Leah greeted us as we entered the store and was very friendly and helpful. She didn’t rush us and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge was excellent and she confidently answered all our questions in a very plain fashion. We felt really looked after throughout our visit.

Parking easy. Staff not pushy. Leah approached me and answered my questions then gave me space to try some beds. Leah gave me a quote on paper & explained I could phone to order when I had decided. I called a couple of days later & placed the order with her. A very polite person

Charles greeted us at the door, he introduced us to the Sleepmatch, offered us a drink and gave us each a pillow to try the mattresses. Very great service and we were able to make a purchase the same day.

The member of staff who assisted us in our purchase was excellent, very willing to help and answer questions whilst also offering good levels of advice without being pushy! She did a A1 job!
