Very helpful and understanding staff, was with my mother in law who needed a new mattress

James was very helpful, and made sure we had all the information without being a pushy salesman.

From entering the store the assistant Henry was excellent although maybe a little pushy but not enough to put us off, his knowledge and desire to ensure we had the correct bed was great. Like the initial part of lying on the machine to establish the correct requirements.

I was greated by friendly staff who know abut their produces, they gave me more advice than i had even thought about and pointed out all the details clearly concerning my purchase. Very happy non stressful experience. Will be back next time I need something.

I started with a phone call with Cameron. Then I went to the store where I was offered coffee and a warm welcome. Cameron knew his stuff and didn’t try to sell me a hugely expensive bed. He asked my price range then made suggestions. Excellent experience

I was totally satisfied with the professionalism of Dreams sales staff. Benjamin was polite, professional and totally with it as far as the requirements for our purchase. i had shopped at Dreams a few years ago and it was with reluctance that my wife dragged me back there for a new bed, but WOW what a change i can't speak highly enough of the service even down to the coffee. I will be changing the rest of the beds in my house and Dreams are guaranteed to get my custom. WELL DONE
