You know I was their for the bed but by the time I left that shop the assistances could of sold me anything. A series of encyclopaedia on the history of a cream cheese cracker? They could sell it. An extremely inefficient light bulb made in the 1970s? I would buy that. Luckily they didn't need to sell me anything, the bed we bought sold itself, that combined with the incredible cleanliness and perfect air conditioned made it the most amazing and fun bed testing I have ever been to in my 18 years on earth. The free hot chocolate and custard creams made me cry sugary tears due to the superb flavours that spewed from the consumables, they clearly don't skim on the price they spend on their customers.

I was experiencing difficulties online, after several attempts at trying to order I kept getting an error with your payment message, I called my bank there were no issues so I called and placed my order over the phone. Quick, efficient and very friendly lady, I'm sorry I don't remember her name.

I was going to order online, but I got to the final payment section and hadn't been offered the option of the bed being assembled for me. I decided to phone, and the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The order was completed quickly and the date I was offered suited me well. Highly satisfied

From the moment we entered the store. James who assisted us was polite efficient and knowledgeable of the products we wished to purchase, a mattress for our ourselves and another for our son. it was an enjoyable visit, not something that normally occurs when we go shopping. Having a drink and some biscuits gave us time to really consider the right purchase.
