I was met at the door by a very charming man called Shiraz who stayed with me the whole time I was there. He was very helpful and showed me everything I was looking for, answering all my questions until I was satisfied with my final decision. I was also offered a very nice cup of coffee which was very welcome. I felt very well looked after and will certainly go back if I need to make another purchase.

Charlie, was very knowledgeable and helped us with our decision. She was not pushy and we appreciated her patience and advice as we discussed all the options. She found us the ideal solution to meet both our needs and budget. She provided great customer service and is a credit to Dreams.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at Dreams because the product range; price range and the customer service was excellent. I have previously purchased beds from Dreams and never had a problem with any of the above. However, I believe other people should make their own decisions when they purchase anything and it is not up to me to tell them where they should go shopping. So, thank you Dreams and both your Sales staff and delivery staff.
