Had a price ran in mind, went in and was assisted straight away and shown what matress’s were on offer in the price range. Offered refreshments whilst shopping and ordered and collected the same day!

James welcomed us in the shop and was really helpful throughout. It was our first time to Dreams so didn't know where to start but he made it really simple, easy and actually enjoyable!

Cam greeted me as soon as I came into the shop and offered his assistance. I looked around on my own as I wanted to look at all my options. Cam offered me a drink also . He was nearby if I needed assistance at any time but he was not intrusive. He gave me help and advice my needs were met we did the transaction and he offered me new linnen and pillows too. He made the experience at dreams very easy and very knowledgeable and helpful.

The sales person Shiraz was amazing to deal with and very helpful in my concerns over the delivery. I am getting married soon, so he was particularly empathetic with my concerns over the order. Shiraz went above and beyond the call of duty, and made me feel like a special and value customer. He has a very kind and friendly nature, and is very helpful.

Cameron was very helpful and professional. asked advice on which pillows to purchase, and very happy with the advice he gave

The assistant (Shiraz) was extremely helpful, knowledgable and very patient. He seemed to listen to my needs and then very helpful in showing me the various options. He wasnt too pushy which would have immediately put me off. I was taking quite a time in making my decision and he was extremely patient and i didnt feel pressurised.

I needed to change this mattress as it was too high for me to be safe. Charli was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with her kindness
