my highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams , because the Dreams colleague's name James,was very helpful by showing us all of the beds and bed frames.

I was served by Henry who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful

Syan was attentive to my mothers needs. We felt at ease and at no time did we feel rushed. Syan was able to answer all of our questions.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Only one thing could have made it even better was the appearance of some of the staff did look abit unkempt.

Sales assistant James went above and beyond to help us, very knowledgeable, helpful and gave another product when the one we wanted couldn't be collected/delivered. Made sure there was definitely one in the warehouse and asked for box packaging to be taken off so it would fit in my car. Offered us coffee and biscuits!

Shiraz , the salesperson at the High Wycombe branch of Dreams , was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained how the showroom was laid out and how I could identify the different types of mattress. He left me alone to look around but was more than helpful when I wNted assistance. I never fely pressured into buying but supported to make the right choice. Excellent experience.

Sales person a delight to deal with

Salesperson at High Wycombe Loudwater store was very helpful. (His name was Shiraz)

Ben greeted us as we entered the store and offered us coffee while we asked for some advice re my son's new bed. His knowledge of the range was good and he suggested different options in regards to our choice. He was kind and friendly without being overly pushy and gave us space to come to a decision that was right for us in terms of quality/price.

Service was quick, very pleasant and to the point.
