Dreams - High Wycombe

We visited the store last Wednesday at 7.15 at the end of a very busy day. We were warmly greeted by Henry who offered a us lovely coffee and he then took the time to give us a broad overview of all the various mattresses on show. He then took plenty of time to really qualify our needs by putting us on the ROBO bed (as we called it)!. This was excellent and it gave us a really good start point. Henry then carefully guided us through the various types of mattresses that we should consider and at no point did we feel pressured by him.. Far from it, he felt like a mattress consultant and was genuinely keen to ensure that we got exactly the right type of mattress for our needs. This is particularly important to us as my partner Angela has problems with her hip and likes a softer mattress, whilst I prefer a firmer one. We had never tried the memory foam type of mattress and he let us move from a sprung one and back to this type endless times so that we got a really good experience of it. He then showed us the excellent pillows and demonstrated these very well before giving us a good price and arranging a convenient Saturday delivery. A rare type of service from a rare individual!

Henry assisted me as soon as he became free. He had seen me looking around. He listened to what I wanted, accepted my choice of bed frame but then asked some questions about mattress choice. He listened, gave advice, then gave me options to try. Was complimentary of my feedback about the different types of mattress and accepted / encouraged my choice. I was extremely happy when he told me both purchases would be available for delivery next week. He was a nice man, helpful friendly and gave excellent customer service. I could not be happier and wish all of my shopping experiences were so pleasurable

Henry was a fantastic customer service assistant and got me to spend a bit more than I had anticipated but I am very happy with my purchase and his expertise in helping me choose the right product. High Wycombe store

Shiraz, the gentelman whom I had a pleasure to be served, was very professional, knowledgable and friendly at the same time. The whole experience of buying products at Dreams was actually very pleasant, without the feeling being followed and forced to purchase the most expensive items. Thank you Kind regards Sylvia

Cameron (at the Loudwater Store) store was very attentive but gave us time to consider and think about what we needed. Her customer service was excellent.

The sales assistant "Ben" was extremely polite and well trained in customer contact and product knowledge and provided us with useful information regarding the purchase of the goods.

Charli was very helpful and not at all pushy. We ordered our beds very easily and she was extremely helpful with all our questions
