I’ve actually done this today in your website. We were greeted as we entered the store then were able to browse round the store without being hassled. After finding a bed base I asked for help re the mattress and the salesman was very helpful and also another one asked if we would like a drink. Your staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Syan was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She spent a lot of time making sure that we selected a mattress that was perfect for both of us. Neither of us felt that we were being rushed into a decision. She and her colleagues were very friendly and helpful and the cups of coffee were very welcome. We found the product choice excellent and (having compared prices with other stores) very competitively priced. We are going back tomorrow to buy a bed!

The customer service agent that dealt with my order , was extremely helpful and when even asked if a special price could be given as I was purchasing a quantity of items they offered a great deal and made the whole process a worthwhile buying experience.

The service provided by James was excellent. He is knowledgeable, friendly and made our visit stress free. There were lots of beds and headboards on display for us to compare and view and we were able to test out pillows and mattresses.

James (Loudwater store) was attentive and informative without being 'pushy' about the options I was looking at. The item I purchased is perfect for my needs James' advice was extremely helpful throughout the time I was in the store and when I returned to make the final purchase.
