The dreams member of staff, Shiraz (at loudwater store) was very knowledgable on the products. I had already seen the matress I wanted online but he also recommended the tempur memory foam pillows as my husband struggles to sleep so there was a personal touch as well. We are having our matress delivered next weekend & I look forward to trying it! Thank you.

We first of all visited the store at Castleford Junction 32. The 2 ladies there were absolutely efficient, friendly and extremely helpful 10 out of 10. I then spoke to a lady called Charlie on-line after looking through the 'Dreams' website and she was extremely helpful and friendly also. She sourced what I was looking for, made sure we were able to get the delivery date that we needed and did all the ordering for me. What a great shopping experience! Thank you to these ladies that were amazing!

I was left to browse at my leisure but told if I needed assistance to let them know. After trying some beds I then asked for assistance. Ben was very helpful and answered all my questions without being pushy. He then placed my order and explained everything to me.

Henry at the high wycombe branch was extremely helpful, ran me through all the options and also got me to try out a few beds and matteresses to know what i am looking for. Also offered me biscuits and tea and showed me the extras i was looking for (ie) duvet, pillows, mattress cover at a reasonable price for myself.

Cameran was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Salesman was friendly helpful but did not pressure us.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt Syan was dedicated to helping us find the best solution for us, rather than just a quick sale. We were never rushed, our individual preferences were taken into account, and she helped us feel utterly confident that we had made the right choice. We had intended to visit another shop as well, but were so pleased with the service, product quality and value at Dreams, that we didn't bother.

The staff were very friendly and not pushy like in some places I've shopped. I was allowed to take my time over deciding what mattress I wanted and was not pushed towards the most expensive ones in the shop like I was in another establishment. The salesman was knowledgeable about your productsWe were offered a cup of tea while we looked around and tried the various ones on show. I couldn't fault the service I was given at all.
