The sales advisor was very good, he appeared to have good product knowledge and frankly didn't try to sell too hard, it was more about advice versus selling which made him sound more credible

Nice welcome on arrival. My wife and I were offered tea and biscuits. We told Cameron, the branch manager, that we were looking for a standard single divan bed for our spare room. He showed us the beds that were suitable and was able to answer all our questions. The prices quoted were very competitive. All paperwork dealt with efficiently. Home delivery in 4 days. Very straightforward transaction.

The Knowledge and friendliness of the staff were second to none . We had to young boys with us on our visit who were both entertained with by fellow members of staff whilst we were getting our quote and going through our order . Plenty of biscuits and hot drinks offered to both us and the kids and boys even came away a tennis ball which made them happy . 10/10 for attention to customers and never once felt like we had over stayed our welcome
