Dreams - High Wycombe

My son and I used the hand sanitiser when entering the store and a member of staff thanked us - that has not happened in a shop before. The member of staff who assisted us was attentive and also had a great sense of humour too - listened to our needs, gave us options and was efficient and swift

We went into the high wycombe store, we had a look around didn't really see anything and me and my sister were going to walk out, she saw a bed base and ordered it delivery was organised for 2nd October, I was served by James, my sister mentioned her delivery date and he said he had a shopfloor one and could do it for the same price but it had drawers, and organise early delivery, he than managed to sell us a single bed, single mattress, king size mattress, king size headboard. He was very helpful, and most of all his customer service skills were excellent and this is coming from someone who works at John Lewis

Marika was very polite, professional and knowledgable about the products. She made our decision exceptionally easy and ordering was a smooth process- Thankyou!

We were greeted as we came in, offered water, a pillow and was able to use the sleep match machine. Kevin was very understanding to what we wanted from a mattress

I was greeted upon arrival as I chose a quiet time. Importantly I didn’t feel under any pressure. The person who attended to me Leah, was very understanding of my needs and extremely polite.

Ramala was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Ramala also gave us water which I was very impressed with.

James at Dreams in High Wycombe was very helpful as I had to be very specific about delivery times and quality of the divan and mattress for our Padstow rental house. Delivery is on 22/10 - so it will be interesting to see if the next part of the Dreams ‘contract’ is as good. Lin Gilbey

The guy from Dream ( it looks like his name is Michele) it is a really professional and knowledge employ. He has kwoldge of products and he take care of needs for customers without thinking to sell always the more expensive product.

In and out, all sorted, in less than an hour. Job done!
