Syan was extremely helpful. She has good knowledge of all the products and helps you make the best decision for yourself!

We were created after being in the store for a few mins by friendly staff member called Henry. He introduced himself asking if he could help, we then spent a good 30mins going through mattress options until we found the one that was right for us. Then Henry explained why it was right, I have had 5 operations on my back which he really wanted to know to make sure he could advise the best mattress. He got our daughter a hot chocolate and a biscuit that really kept her happy. We ended up buying a bed, a mattress, pillows, mattress protector, and sheets. Then we’re pleasant surprised when delivery was only a week away.

The sales assistant was very polite and friendly, but never overbearing or pressurizing. We HATE going into shops where the sales people are all over you; Cam was very discreet, knowing when to hold back and when to help out. He was understanding and helpful. A very good sales experience! Loved the sleep machine!
