The person who dealt with us (Cameron) was very knowledgable, helpful & charming

As soon as we walked in (high Wycombe store), James and the manager where straight over to greet us. James couldn’t do enough for us right from the beginning and the manager even offered us tea and coffee. We could not have expected a better service if we tried! Absolutely fantastic and I work in customer service myself. I was blown away.

James couldn't have been more helpful, he obviously had excellent product knowledge, and I can't thank him enough, for his help, and his genuine desire to offer superb customer service. Thank you.

I do not recall the lady's name I spoke to on the phone. She was super friendly, I was even sad we stopped the conversation a little bit lol. I was having trouble making the purchase on line so called up and she resolved everything for me and even applied a little extra discount that would have never been available online had the site been working at the time on my computer. The best customer service agent I have ever spoken to on the phone in my life. And, honestly, I never do reviews haha but she was worth is. SO nice! + I'm into men, so we were not flirting, she was just the BEST!

The staff mainly Ben who served me was excellent

All Staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. All seemed to have a good understanding of the beds and mattresses and when I explained what I'm looking for they were able to use their knowledge to help me find what was best for me and what I was comfortable with. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't make me feel silly for not knowing exactly what I wanted as this was my first time buying a brand new bed. Also really glad they didn't try to force me to the most expensive items which I've had when buying furniture from other stores so huge thank you for that.

The sales people understood our request and provided all the information we needed. The transaction was completed very quickly and everything was clearly explained by the staff member.

Called Dreams & spoke with Charlie - very helpful & able to assist us with all aspects of the order. We had tried online 1st but we're unable to choose removal of our old bed + mattress - which Charlie sorted over the phone. We hope the bed & mattress are as good as the service received over the phone when placing the order - very helpful staff, thanks

Excellent service from sales rep Cam. Asked us if we need assistance or just happy to browse, gave excellent advice on our needs, offered a coffee! and just generally good friendly service. In todays online v bricks n mortar this is why people go to stores.
